Stunning Hand Crafted Designs by Margaret Nagel to be Presented at Couture Fashion Week

A creative fashion treat is in store for guests at the upcoming runway show in New York City by Canadian designer Margaret Nagel. Part of Couture Fashion Week, the show will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2007 in the Roof Ballroom of the world-famous St. Regis Hotel.

Margaret Nagel is a dynamic and enterprising designer who, in addition to creating exquisite hand crafted evening and bridal gowns, suits, coats, accessories and high quality one-of-a-kind jewelry, owns and operates the Roses and Sage Greenhouse in Mossbank, Saskatchewan, Canada which specializes in organically grown vegetables, herbs and flowers, including an array of beautiful custom grown roses. She has clients around the world, including prominent Canadian politician Ralph Goodale and his wife.

Mrs. Nagel's fashion designs are characterized by impeccable tailoring, attention to detail and an abundance of finely worked elements such as embroidery, hand beading and double stitched seams. Her exceptional tailoring skills are especially apparent in her expertise in working with high quality leathers, deerskin, suede and fur. She honed those skills during the dozen years she worked with Heasman’s Furs in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. At her New York debut in September, she will be presenting her latest creations including a couple of chic ensembles suitable for a second-time bride.
