Jazmin Whitley for Li Cari to Present Latest Collection of Fresh and Creative Designs at Couture Fashion Week
The latest collection by dynamic young designer Jazmin Whitley for the Li Cari label will be presented in New York for the first time at Couture Fashion Week. The fashion show will be held on Monday, September 10, 2007 in the Roof Ballroom of the world-famous St. Regis Hotel. The event will be filmed by CBS-TV and be aired as part of the finale of the Catwalk reality show next season.
The Li Cari label was launched in Los Angeles in March 2006 as the finale of fashion week. Jazmin Whitley, designer of the Li Cari label, studied in Italy and Brazil, and began her fashion career while still a high school student. With her fresh and edgy style inspired by classic beauty combined with modern wearable comfort. Ms. Whitley brings a passion and persistence to the world of couture fashion that is underscored by each of her garments, favoring such indulgent materials as silk, lace, and fur.
