Aussie Designer Cristina Nitopi Returns to Couture Fashion Week with
Her Latest Menswear Collection Called "Saint Michael"
Australian and Italian designer Cristina Nitopi will return to Couture Fashion Week to present her latest menswear summer collection entitled "Saint Michael." Part of the finale of the upcoming season's event, the fashion show will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 12, 2010 in the legendary Grand Ballroom of the world-famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel on New York's Park Avenue.
A deeply spiritual person, Cristina Nitopi draws innovative design inspiration from her meditations and religious contemplations. Her menswear collection this season is dedicated to Saint Michael and focuses on urban wear and couture and will introduce unique styles and textures. The designs offer a variety of stylish choices for men from casual day looks to dressy evening ensembles.
Although she has no formal training in the field, fashion design is Ms. Nitopi's passion and life's love. She has presented her distinctive collections of both men's and women's fashions in New York for several years to positive reviews.
Ms. Nitopi recently participated in Hong Kong Fashion Week and says she is very excited to be a part of the Asian market. Her collection was well-received by the prestigious event's organizers and regional buyers from Asia. Ms. Nitopi will also be joining Gold Coast Fashion Week Australia in November 2010 where she will present her first luxury swimwear collection called "Indulge."
