Born in Minneapolis yet a true Philadelphia native at heart, young designer Chi-Chi E. has been into fashion design since she was twelve. Now twenty-two, Chi-Chi has made fashion and design her career! Her style consists of several influences including a variety of eras, such as the decades of the 70’s and 80’s, with a strong foundation in vintage culture. Meshed with a decidedly modern flare, ideas of uniqueness and creativity, Chi-Chi creates Vintique!
